SkateJunk Dose not give out refunds we give out store credit. This means paypal and any other servies work for SkateJunk and has no rights to give you a refund as they are a free serices for SkateJunk...this means SkateJunk has the right to give out store credit..any time you want to reorder a order that store credit will go to that order and all you do is pay for shipping.

You may return most merchandise within 45 days of original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including custom built skateboards.

Unopened and unused merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Open or used merchandise cannot be returned. Use is defined as any attempt to install, wear, wash, or ride.

Lost/Stolen Items
SkateJunk is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. SkateJunk will not replace any items if they have been reported as lost/stolen.
